On April 4th and 5th, 2025, the ERSI Convention was held in Bologna, in the beautiful setting of the Savoia Hotel Regency.
The event spanned two days, featuring a mix of technical seminars, product presentations, direct engagement with manufacturers, and convivial moments — all in a constructive and positive atmosphere.
It also included the traditional lockpicking competition, now in its ninth edition, which attracted many locksmiths from Italy and abroad. In addition to the usual cylinder and padlock picking challenges, manipulation experts were put to the test in five different disciplines during the exciting "Pentathlon" competition, which was a great success!
The event featured top-level participants — professionals from around the world — and showcased numerous innovations from companies constantly working on the cutting edge of technology.
The figures from this year’s edition confirm the industry's strong interest in a now internationally recognized event, culturally vibrant and committed to the growth and improvement of the sector: 1,590 professionals from 21 countries, 54 sponsor companies, 8 seminars where security professionals exchanged insights on important topics and emerging technologies.
